What do all the colors mean on my proof archive?

The purpose of this page is to demonstrate how color is used to help you understand the status’ of proofs in Ashore.

Proofs can have the following status’: sent / waiting for review, approved, not approved, or overdue. We use color on each proof on the Proofs page to help you distinguish the status of proofs:

Orange: The poof has been created and is waiting for review. If the proof is partially approved (as in, 2 of 3 approvers have approved the proof, and you are waiting on 1 approver to make a decision), the status will remain orange.

Green: The proof is fully approved by all approvers.

Red: The proof was marked “not approved” by at least one approver.

Purple: The proof is overdue; the deadline for this proof has passed.
