I can’t add someone as a sub-user on my account. What do I do?

The purpose of this page is to demonstrate how to troubleshoot if you are unable to add a user to your account.

If you are trying to add a user to your account and receiving an error, it is more than likely the email address you are adding is already associated with another Ashore account.

If this is the case, you’ll need to instruct the user to login to their account and delete it. Here are instructions on how to do that. Once deleted, you’ll be able to add the user to your account.
