The purpose of this page is to demonstrate how to integrate your personal email with Ashore, so that you can send proofs from your own email.
Ashore will send emails on your behalf when you utilize workflows and reminder notifications. Paid subscriptions can integrate with our email delivery service, a wonderful company called Postmark (https://postmarkapp.com/), to send emails from their own account.
To integrate your email, go to the Profile page. The option to integrate is in the section labeled “email integration”. Once you start the process, you’ll receive an email directly from Postmark. Please follow the instructions from Postmark’s email to complete the process.
If you didn’t fully integrate your email address, your emails won’t send and there will be an SMTP error. If you can’t find the email from Postmark, reach out to us at info@ashoreapp.com. We can re-send the Postmark verification email.
