The purpose of this page is to clarify the access level and permissions of approvers in Ashore.
No, approvers are never asked to create an account in Ashore; approvers do not need to sign in to view proofs. Approvers do not have any access to any proofs other than the proofs you have shared with them using the review link or via a workflow.
Only users sending out proofs need an account.
